Quoting for individual parts to full production runs
Due to our business model, we are able to quote a one-off part, and small production runs better than larger operations. We are also competitive on medium to large production. We quote from complete drawings, sketches or 3D models. When working from a sketch, toleranced drawings are returned with quotes to clearly define the project.

Production
We are pleased to accept orders of varying scales, from individual components to extensive production runs.
Our expertise lies in prototype development, the production of reproduction parts, repair services, and accommodating spot buy requests.
Gages calibrated to NIST traceable standards
We send our standards out to be calibrated to NIST traceable standards and use those to maintain our calipers, micrometers, height gages, indicators, and optical comparator. Calibration records are kept for all measuring tools used to approve final product.
Reproduction parts
We are actively looking for other obsolete or unavailable parts to reproduce. We have access to many vintage 1970’s thru 1990’s Kawasaki and KTM motocross bikes and can reproduce parts from OEM samples in house. We can also work from your good sample part. This is not limited to motorcycles.
